Shopping on Amazon..

1.) MyoTape: 6$
I know (from reading blogs and lapbandtalk.com) that it's really important to take your measurements and track those numbers along with your weight number.. and I wanted something that would be easy to do ..without always asking my hubby to help. Somethings a girl just wants to do on her own.

2.) EatSmart Digital Bathroom scale: 28$
I have a crappy crapper of a scale right now ..and it's not even digital.. it weighs be a whopping ten lbs less than I really am.. how crazy is that. It's not fun to weigh yourself ..get all happy happy and then step on the scale at the nutritionist and gain 10lbs!?

So just a few tools to help keep track of my progress on this weight loss journey!

Happy Friday everyone!!

  1. Nice!! I finally replaced my old scales which always weighed ten pounds less (for the last 20 years). Guess it made me feel better. But I got some good digital ones similar to the one in the pic and I love it. I've decided to do my measurements at start (done), -25, -45, -65 etc. because it really can be more revealing than the pounds.

    Happy Friday back at you!
